Concrete slab, Woodroffe Warehouse, 1740 Woodroffe Ave, Building 201, Ottawa, Ontario

Work includes the building of a new concrete slab in the warehouse building no. 201 located at 1740 Woodroffe Road on the former experimental farm in the Greenbelt, Ottawa, Province of Ontario. It includes removal and disposal off-site of wood floor planks, backfill with clear stones between each existing 102 sub-floor concrete ribs with a final height of approximately 300 mm, pour and cure concrete for new 125 mm thick floor slab with wire mesh, smooth finish and control/expansion joints, build the side extensions in asphalt for the four existing entrance ramps to building so to facilitate forklift operation, and site clean-up.

A site visit will be held on Thursday, July 3, 2008 at 10:00am, Ottawa time. All costs incurred by the tenderer to attend the site visit will be at their expense. The NCC will not reimburse any tenderer for expenses related to the site visit. Please contact Joseph Hoskins at (613) 239-5037 to confirm your attendance.
