The Bangko Sentral Ng Pilipinas (BSP), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites bidders to apply for eligibility and to bid for the hereunder project:

Air Handling Unit per BSP scope of works.

Approved Budget for the Contract P700,000.00

Maintenance Agreement Period One (1) year to take effect upon execution of the contract.

Prospective bidders should have undertaken similar requirements awarded and completed from Y2003 to present amounting to at least fifty percent (50%) of the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC). The Eligibility Checking/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary "pass/fail" criteria. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.

All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-bidding Conference(s), Evaluation of Bids, Post-qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. No. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).

The BSP reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals, or declare the bidding a failure, or not award the contract, and makes no assurance that a contract shall be entered into as a result of this invitation.
