Eireann Ireland's National Broadcaster, invites expressions of interest to
provide Outside Broadcast Technical Facilities for the Young Peoples
programme Sattitude broadcast live from its Cork Studios on a weekly
basis. The successful candidate will be an experienced provider of OB
services and provide the facilities for broadcasting the above event. It
will be responsible for organising its own personnel and equipment to
providing the service.
Facilities will be available to accommodate an outside broadcast unit of
the following dimensions below:
8,5 m long,
3,5 m height,
2,5 m width.

formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: As part of
their tender submission (at the next stage of this process), each tenderer
will be required to complete and sign at the appropriate management level
a Declaration of Bona Fides. This attests to their position in relation to
bankruptcy, professional conduct/misconduct, payment of social security
and taxes, supply of information in relation to health an safety, quality
assurance as well as misrepresentation in supplying information relating
to the criteria for qualitative selection for the contract.
III.2.2) Economic and financial capacity: Information and formalities
necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: Interested candidates
should forward the following information:
A current banker's reference.
Evidence of overall turnover for the past 3 years. This may be provided
via audited accounts confirming turnover figures.
Evidence of current public and employer liability insurance and other
applicable insurance cover. Relationship with any parent company.

evaluating if requirements are met: The following information should be
included in the submission to enable the awarding authority to make an
appraisal of technical standards. Company details including manpower
levels. Details of previous engagements of a similar nature and number of
years experience in the sector. Details of clients involved in those
engagements and contact details for reference purposes. Details of
technical equipment proposed. Details of technical proficiency of key
personnel. Heath and Safety statement.
