Federal Government College for women G-10/4, Islamabad intends to Register Firms/ Contractors / general order Suppliers for the financial year 2008-09 who have relevant experience in the field and posses their own or rented office/ shop may apply/ submit their own or rented office / shop may apply / submit their application for the category of work as mentioned below. Separate applications are required for each category of work: -
Interested Parties / Firms and General Order Suppliers are required to submit their application on letter head pad along with the following information and supporting documents to the undersigned by 14th July, 2008 positively before 11.30 A.M with the payment of ‘Registration “Fee of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) (Non-refundable). Incomplete applications will not be entertained in any case. The tender will be opened on the same date at 12.00 P.M. in the presences of purchase committees.
The following information may be given in proper formatted proforma and the information must be printed on relevant documents.
01) Name of the Firm, Address, Telephone No., and date of establishment.
02) Copy of (i) GST Registration, (ii) NTN No., (iii) Vendor No, if allotted, (iv) Name / Branch of Bank & Account No.
03) List of Organizations where already registered / work has been carried out, Competent Authority reserves the right to reject any or all applications as per policy.
