SH : Installation, testing and commissioning of GLF fittings & allied works.

Sealed items rate tenders are invited by the SM Engg (E), AAI, CA Rajkot, Rajkot- 360006 on behalf of Chairman, AAI from OEMs / Accredited Authorized Dealers for work at sl. no. 1, from OEM’s for work at sl. no. 2 & from enlisted contractors of appropriate class of CPWD / MES / P&T / Railways / State PWD /PSU's / Specialised agency having executed similar nature of work for the works at sl. no. 3,4 & 5.
Tender forms will be issued to those contractors who produce certificate from clients of having satisfactorily completed (Phase / Part completion of the scope of work in a contract shall not be considered) at least three works each of 40% of the estimated cost or two works each of 50% of the estimated cost or one work of 80% of estimated cost of similar nature of work during the last 7 years ending on 31.05.08. (Firms showing work experience certificate from Non - Govt. / Non PSU organizations should submit " Tax deduction at source certificate" in support of their claim for having experience of stipulated value of works), produce proof of annualized average financial turnover of 30% of the estimated cost during the last three years ending on 31st March of previous financial year.
Application for issue of Tender Document shall be submitted up to 04.07.08 on all working days along with Tender fee (for each work) of Rs. 520/- (i/c 4% towards VAT), Non refundable in the form of demand draft (Nationalized / Scheduled Bank only) drawn in favour of Airports Authority Of India payable at MUMBAI. The application shall be supported with self attested copies of valid authorized dealership certificate, Permanent Account Number (PAN) and Client's Certificate for experience indicating date of completion as per agreement and actual date of completion of work, along with copy of work order and bill of quantities. The financial turnover should be supported with annual report (abridge balance sheet and profit & loss account) and documentary proof of owning, leasing and possessing required machinery and T & P shall be submitted.
Purchase preference to central Public Sector undertaking shall be applicable as per the directives of Govt. of India prevalent on the date of acceptance.
AAI reserves the right to accept or reject any or all application without assigning any reasons.
AAI reserves the right to disallow for issue of tender document to working agencies whose performance at ongoing project(s) is below par or unusually poor.
