Bids should be submitted on the forms available from Secretary, Tender Board, Finance Division, 3rd Floor, Labour Department, Narahenpita up to 08th July 2008 (during normal office hours) on payment of non-refundable tender fee Rs.1,000/-
To be eligible for contract award, the successful bidder shall not have been blacklisted and all bidders shall be registered with the Institute for Construction Training and Development (ICTAD) for building •works in Grade M8 or above
Bids shall be valid up to 91 days from the close of bids. Bids must be accompanied by security of Rs.18,000/= which shall be valid for period of 119 days from the date of close of bids
Sealed bids with bid bonds must be- dispatched in two copies (mentioning the name of the bid at upper left hand corner of the envelope) either by registered post or hand delivered to the Chairman, Departmental Tender Board of Labour Secretariat, Narahenpita to receive before the closing time
