Reserve price for the concession is Rs.125,000/- per month.
Tender Fee: Rs.1,000/- (non-refundable).

(1) CAA intends to invited tenders for Running Airport Cafeteria & Cargo Canteen at AIIAP Lahore from international & National reputable Companies/ Hotels & Restaurant having sound relevant experience, reputation in field and financial back ground, on prescribed Forms. Tenders will be submitted on two envelopes basis i.e. Technical Offer and Financial Offer. Technical & Financial Offers will have 80% & 20% weightage respectively.
(2) Reserve price for the concession is Rs.125,000/- per month. The concession shall be awarded for three years with 12.5% & 15% annual cumulative enhancement during subsequent years.
(3) Defaulters of CAA dues are not eligible to apply. Late, ambiguous and/ or conditional tenders shall not be entertained.
(4) Tender forms along with important instructions and terms & conditions may be obtained from the office of the Senior Manager Commercial, AIIAP Lahore between 0900 hours to 1500 hours (except Friday for when timing are 0900 hours to 1200 hours) on working day on payment of Rs.1,000/- each (non-refundable). Tenders should be dropped in the tender box on or before 07th July, 2008 at 1200 hours in the office of the Senior Manager Commercial AIIAP Lahore. Tenders will be opened on the same day at 1230 hours. Any other information can be obtained from the Office of SMC AIIAP Lahore.
(5) CAA reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason and without being liable for any claim/ compensation of any nature whatsoever. Decision of CAA shall be final and shall not be challenged.
