Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) invites proposals for the Online Connectivity of CAA's Nationwide Locations on a Turn Key Basis.
Proposals are invited from bidders who: Are established in Pakistan with local implementation reference.
Can offer an Internationally recognized methology for the execution of this project. Interested bidders are required to collect the Tender Documents Proposals (RFP) from the office of General Manager IT, HQCAA Terminal-1 Jlnnah International Airport Karachi. A non-refundable fee of Rs.3000/- through cash deposit in CAA collection Account No. C-2561 -B a through Bank Challan in NBP Airport Branch, Karachi or Bank Draft for firms located outside Karachi in favour of Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) along with request letter fa issuance of RFP documents. The RFP can be obtained from 0900 hrs to 1300 hrs. The last date for submission of the Proposals is 22nd July 2008.
Bidders will be required to quote fa the services as per CAA requirements and submit Pay Order/ Bank Draft/ Bank Guarantee equivalent to 2% of total bid amount as an Earnest along with the Tender Document..
CAA reserves the right to reject any / all bid(s). CAA will not be liable to any expense direct, indirect or contingent in connection with the preparation a submission of the bids.
