The Chairman, Procurement Committee, Ceylon Petroleum Corporation will receive sealed Bids from Accredited Local Agents for reputed brands for the purchase of 02 Nos. Brand New Diesel Fuel Driven 2000 CC (minimum) Double Cabs (4 WD) on the basis of Ex-stock or Delivered in Colombo.
Bid documents can be obtained between 0900 hrs. and 1500 hrs. up to 15.07.2008 from the office of Manager Supplies, Ceylon Petroleum Corporation, 01st Floor, "Rotunda Tower", No. 109, GalleRoad, Colombo 03, on a written request and payment of non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000/= per set.
The Bid will be closed at 1400 hrs. on 16.07.2008 and
opened at the Office of Manager Supplies, Ceylon Petroleum Corporation, at the above address, immediately after closing time of the Bid. Bidders or their authorized representatives will be permitted to be present at the opening of Bid.
Bids may be sent by post under registered cover or may be depmited in the Tender Box kept in the Office of Manager Supplies, Ceylon Petroleum Corporation, 01st Floor, "Rotunda Tower", No. 109, GalleRoad, Colombo 03.
