Construction of 50 Dilapidated Thana Building in Type plan for police Department at Daulatpur in the Dist. of Manikganj, Sub-Head : Construction of Daulatpur Thana Main Building, Internal Sanitary & Water Supply Arrangement Boundary Wall, Bituminous Carpeting Road, Site Improvement, Pump House, Internal Drain, Distribution line, Deep Tube Well etc. at Daulatpur in the Dist. of Manikganj, during the year 2007-2008.
Eligibility of Tenderers: This-invitation for Tenders is open to eligible Tenders mentioned below : *(a) A physical or juridical individual or body of individuals or company, association or any combination of them under agreement in the form of intended or existing joint venture consortium or association (JVCA) subject to the condition that all the eligible category of contractor/Tenderers stated above have a minimum period of general experience of 10 (ten) years in construction work & have successfully completed minimum 1 (one) number of construction work amounting to tk. 80.00 (Eighty) lacs in single tender during last 5 (five) years or has successfully carried out building construction work amounting tk. 150.00 (one hundred fifty) lacs (minimum billed amount) during last 5 (five) years. The tenderers shall have to furnish certificate in this respect from officers not below the rank of Executive Engineer under whom the certified work has been done which will be verified by the Executive Engineer of PWD of that locality/District, certificate format will be available with the tender document (Format A).(b) Tender must have up to date income Tax clearance certificate from theNBR.(c) fender have must valid VAT registration certificate from the NBR.(d) Tender must have up to date Trade License.(e) Original Money Receipt.(0 Attested copy of document mentioned In SL no. 10 (a), (b), (c), (d), (e) must be submitted a long with the Tender.(g) Liquid asset or cash flow Tk. 34.00 lacs.(h) Average Annual Turnover: Tk. 200.00 lacs(i) Tendering Capacity : Must satisfy by the Tenderer as per his/her quotedTender price(j) The Tender with a Consistent history of my gation or a number of airbitration awards against it, shall not be eligible to Tender (information requested in Para 2.9 of the tenderer information sheet (Form w-2)(k) The tenderer shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt, fraudulent collusive or coercive practices in accordance with ITT sub clause 3.2.(1) The Tender shall not be insolvent, or bankrupt & shall have sufficientmeans to finance the work for which tender is submitted.
