Completed tender forms should be sealed and forwarded under registered cover or hand delivered to Chairman, Procurement Committee, Geological Survey and Mines Bureau, Senanayake Building, No.04, Galle Road, Dehiwala on or before 2.00 p.m. on 10.07.2008. Tenderers or their authorized" representatives will be permitted to be present at 2.30 p.m. on 10.07.2008 when the tenders are opened.
