Eligibility of Tenderer: All tenders of government and semi government autonomous corporate body are eligible for having following qualification capacity,
Ten years general experience in building construction work including civil/sanitary /electrical works, Contractors who have successfully completed execution of similar nature of work amounting to Tk 85.00 Lac under a single work order during the last five years, The work certificate for successful completion of a building work shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank of executive Engineer of concerned department organization duly verified by the concerned executive engineer of PWD of the district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done
Minimum average annual turnover during last five years shall be Tk 150.00 Lac, The minimum amount of free liquid assets credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the tender shall be Tk 33 Lac, Minimum must enclose with the tender valid VAT Registration certificate and valid income tax clearance certificate from the NBR, Original money receipt must be enclosed with the tender, Tender must enclose up to date license with the tender, All other conditions as mentioned in tender documents must be fulfilled, Other qualification described in tender documents government /semi government autonomous bodies class –I Contractors of building and sanitary may from JVCA with submission of judicial affidavit as per PPR-2003
