LI 001, Provide an effective aqueous cleaner system (heated machine and cleaning solution) for grease, oil, carbon and dirt on automotive parts. The cleaning solution must be usable in all aqueous parts washing machines including automatic and agitation type machines. The solution must be water based, no petroleum products, non foaming, flash point below 220 F (104C) and include rust inhibitors. Must be 100% water-soluble.The aqueous parts washer is heated. Dilution must be 6 ounces or less per gallon of water. Solution must meet California toxic substances standards and San Diego air pollution control district (APCD) standards.
