SOLICITATION - GS05P08SVC0030 � Generator Maintenance Service, Battle Creek, Michigan The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, subcontractors, materials, repair parts, tools, equipment supplies and equipment (except as otherwise provided) and shall plan, schedule, coordinate, and assure effective completion required to perform preventative maintenance for three (3) Caterpillar Model D399 diesel generator and related support equipment. Work shall take place at the Hart-Dole-Inouye Federal Building, 74 North Washington Avenue, Battle Creek, Michigan. The North American Industrial Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238990 with a size standard of $6.5 million. Performance period is for one year with four (4) additional option years. Estimated start date is October 1, 2007. This procurement is set aside for all small business concerns. This is negotiated procurement. Proposals will be evaluated on price. The solicitation will be available on or about July 10, 2008. Offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and monitoring the FBO website for amendments, if any, to the solicitation. All responsive offers from responsible offerors will be considered. Small Disadvantaged, Women-Owned, HUBZone, Veteran-Owned, and Service Disable Veteran Owned Businesses are encouraged to submit proposals. Offers are to be submitted to a GSA office located in Chicago, IL (specific information will be contained in the solicitation).
