The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies and incidentals to perform all work specified. The project is located in Sedona, Arizona. From Flagstaff, AZ, head South on I-17 to Sedona exit, Highway 179, head North approximately 6 miles, Red Rock Ranger Station will be on you right. This project will be set-aside for Emerging Small Business under NAICS code 238990. The estimate price is between $25,000 and $100,000. The solicitation will be posted on or about 7 July 2008, with offers due on or about Aug 7, 2008.
