It is the intention of ACA, Directorate of Contracting, Fort Lewis, Washington to award the following items on a Brand Name or Equal Basis. Vendors are incouraged to submit Technical Specifications to inform this office of possible items that will meet the Advocent Brand Name or Equal requirements in FAR 52.211-6. Responsive to this Notification will result in setting of the Minimum Technical Specifications and Salient Characteristics to meet these reqirements. CLIN 0003 Advocent SwitchView SC4 UAD and associated hardware.

This Notification closes 7 July 2008 at 2:30 PM, Pacific Daylight Savings Time. Delivery of all items for this requirement must be no later than 15 July 2008. Vendors may submit written questions and techincal specification to prove Same/Equal/Better for these requirements to Robert E. Lentz at robert.e.lentz@us.army.mil. TELEPHONIC REQUEST WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. This procurement is unrestricted. However, no offers will be considered from CISCO Resellers that are not licensed in the US.
