Contractul are ca scop livrarea, instalarea, punerea în functiune, mentenanta in perioada de garantie de hardware si software pentru un server destinat învatamântului la distanta, dezvoltarea unui sistem de management al educatiei precum si instruirea personalului la fata locului pentru utilizarea echipamentului si a softului aferent, începând de la data specificata in ordinul de incepere dat de Managerul de Proiect al Autoritatii Contractante (aproximativ martie 2008). Bunurile trebuie sa fie în deplina concordanta cu specificatiile tehnice (conform Anexei I - Specificatii Tehnice) stabilite în prezenta documentatie de atribuire si a altor instructiuni
