comprises of an extension to an existing college of approx. 1 700 m²
gross. The plan is that the extension will house teaching rooms and
teacher work areas. Parts of the existing college are to be altered and
improved, and a heating plant shall be established in the basement for
receiving district heating from a local bioenergy plant. The existing
ventilation and heating installations are to be altered and renovated.
