Sealed offers are invited from reputed organizations for the supply of Uniforms/ Material. The schedule of uniform requirements for the year 2009 is given below.
Offer documents can be collected from the Logistics Department on any working day between 9.30 am and 2.30 pm till 7th July 2008 on payment of a non refundable document fee of Rs. 1000/- and a refundable deposit of Rs. 10,000/- per set.
Interested parties may contact the Logistics Department on 2465426-8 ext. 212 or 286 to obtain an entry permit to the Export Processing Zone, Biyagama, for the collection of offer documents and inspection of material samples.
All the offers must be submitted in a sealed cover and forwarded to The Logistics Manager, Ansell Lanka (Pvt) Ltd., Export Processing Zone, Biyagama, by registered post or placed in the tender box available at the Logistics Department, on or before 26th July 2008 at 12.30 pm.
Successful supplier/s will be required to furnish a performance bond / guarantee acceptable to the company and enter into a contract in this connection.
