Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the U.S. RDECOM - Acquisition Center, Natick Contracting Division, Natick, MA intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase order on a sole source basis to Dr.Howard Schutz ,of Davis, CA. To plan and manage a series of R&D experiments to determine the contribution of sensory, contextual, pyschological and other identified variables to the perceptions of the feel and comfort of military clothing,rations and materials for a period of one year. This work is part of an ongoing and continuing program of research.
