Install 4 miles of barbed wire fence for the Descanso District of the Cleveland National Forest c This contract is for the implementation of the Emergency Supplemental and Rehabilitation treatments for the Harris and Witch/Poomacha Fires. The fence is needed to reinforce the resurveyed landlines and eliminate the potential for post-fire resource damage. Prior to the installation of the fence the National Forest boundary lines will be resurveyed. This step is necessary for determining the location of the fence lines. The project is located at 2 locations on the Descanso Ranger District, within the Harris Fire and the Witch/Poomacha Fire perimeters. The work sites are all located within the Cleveland National Forest in East San Diego County. The solicitation will be available on FBO on or about July 7, 2008. The Government estimate range for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000.
