a). Autoritatea contractanta va exclude din procedura orice operator economic care a omis sa prezinte mai mult de 3 dintre documentele solicitate in cadrul documentatiei de atribuire;
b). Vor fi exclusi ofertantii despre care se are cunostiinta ca, in ultimii 5 ani, a fost condamnat prin hotarire judecatoreasca definitiva pentru participare la activitati ale unei organizatii criminale, pentru coruptie, pentru frauda , pentru spalare de bani ;
c). Autoritatea contractanta va exclude din procedura orice operator economic care este in stare de faliment sau lichidare,afacerile ii sint administrate de un judecator sindic sau activitatile sale sint suspendate sau fac obiectul unei proceduri mentionate la punctul a).
d). Certificat constatator eliberat de registrul comertului -statutul societatii care sa ateste incadrarea activitatii in codul CPV -scrisoare de bonitate
