Eligibility forms Part 2 shall be available for issuance at the QC-BAC-Infra, 11th Floor, Quezon City Hall from July 7, 2008 to July 11, 2008 upon submission of Letter of Intent to Bid per project and payment of non-refundable amount of P 1,000.00

Only eligible contractor-applicants shall be issued bid documents for specific projects upon payment of non-refundable amount as follows:

1 Projects below P1 Million P1,000.00
2 Projects above P1 Million but not more than P5Million P5,000.00

7 Issuance of Bid Documents to Eligible Bidders July 21, 2008 to July 28, 2008 Until 5:00 PM 12th Flr.
8 Pre-bid Conference July 30, 2008 2:00 PM 11th Flr.
9 Submission of Bid Documents August 11, 2008 9:00 to 11:00 AM 11th Flr.
10 Opening of Bid Documents August 11, 2008 1:00 PM 11th Flr.

RA 9184 IRR-A as amended shall govern the determination of eligibility, bid evaluation and contract award.

The Quezon City Government reserves the right to reject any or all bids without offering any reason, to waive any formality or technicality, and to award to any bidder whose proposal is deemed most advantageous to the Q.C. Government. The Q.C. Government neither assumes any obligation whatsoever to compensate and indemnify Bidders for any loss or expense incurred in the preparation of their respective bids, nor does the Q.C. Government guarantee that the award will be made.
