THIS IS A SYNOPSIS/PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. Please read this notice in its entirety. Questions will not be accepted at this time. The solicitation release date is an estimated date only. Currently the solicitation is scheduled to be released on or about 03 July 2008. Letterkenny Army Depot has a requirement for the successful offeror to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, facilities and resources necessary to repair frame/housing for the 54KBUT Horizontal Air Conditioner, which is a component of the Force Provider System. The NAICS code is 33299 with a size standard of 500, Federal Supply Code is J093 and the SIC is 3449. Official release of the Request for Proposal (RFP) will be posted on the internet at the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) web site located at the following address: https//acquisition.army.mil. A site visit is scheduled on Monday, July 14, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. All interested offerors should meet outside of building 57 at Letterkenny Army Depot with Kurt Martin and Teely Shaffer. Offerors are required to obtain a Visitor Pass from the Wisconsin Gate Security Office prior to arriving at building 57. Please allow 30 minutes for this process. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for small business. All respondents shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), have a valid DUNS number, Cage Code, and Tax Identification Number.
