NOTICE OF INVITATION TO BID FOR HIRE OF SUPPLY VESSEL
"Vietsovpetro" Joint Venture (VSP) will organize a Bid for Supply of Brand new spare part for Repair class KMC "Hoang Sa", Inquiry no.VT-519/07-VSPOI-NMT. So, we kindly invite
Bidders who are interested in this Bid and have experience and capabilities to participate in this
Bid. .
. Time to deliver Bid Document: from 30th June, 2008.
- In the morning from 07h30 to 11 hOO; In the afternoon from 14hOO to 16h30.
. The closing time for receipt of Bid Proposal is 9hOO (Ba Noi time) on 29th July, 2008.
. Methods for selection of bidders: International open bidding.
. Bid Proposal shall be opened publicly at Vietsovpetro Office: 105 Le Loi Street, Vungtau City
at 9h15 ofBa Noi time on 29th July, 2008 and all Bidders are invited to participate in the Bid Opening at this time.
. Legal condition for Tenderer:
+ Having Business Registration Certificate (The certificate must be authozied by State Public Notary).
+ Having financial Capability and Experience that meets requirements in Bid document.
+ Tenderer's Representative who come to Vietsovpetro for getting Bid document must have recommendation letter issued by duly authorized Representative of Bidder and Identity Card or Passport.
. Bid Document shall be sold at VND 1.000.000 at Commercial Department of J.V
