Request for Proposal - Computer Data Centre Consolidation Assessment

Requirement:
The Information Technology Services Branch of the City of Ottawa is seeking proposals from qualified professional consultants to undertake a condition assessment of four (4) separate computer data facilities. The scope of work will include the assessment of the computer data centre facilities and the delivery of a business case to support either the status quo or a reduction in the number of facilities.

Period of Proposed Contract:
The proposed period of contract is from date of award to 30 September 2008.

Inquiries:
All inquiries regarding this Request for Proposal (RFP) are to be directed to the Contracting Authority specified herein. Inquiries must be received in writing (e-mail) no later than Wednesday, 25 June 2008. All inquiries received, and the answers as provided by the Project Authority will be provided to all Proponents by way of written addendum, no later than Wednesday, 02 July 2008, without naming the source of the inquiry.
