III.2) CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
III.2.1) Personal situation of economic operators, including requirements
relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers: Information and
formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: Applicants
are required to complete a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire consistent with
the provisions of Directive 93/37/EEC. This Questionnaire is available
from the correspondence address in I.1 and must be returned to the same
address by the date specified in Section IV.3.4.

necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: As in III.2.1.

financially assessed to ascertain they have the financial capability to
undertake the contract.

IV.1) TYPE OF PROCEDURE
IV.1.1) Type of procedure: Restricted.
IV.1.2) Limitations on the number of operators who will be invited to
tender or to participate: Envisaged minimum number: 5.
Objective criteria for choosing the limited number of candidates: All
applicants will be assessed on the criteria detailed in the
Pre-Qualification Questionnaire. These include financial standing,
technical ability including quality and experience of similar projects,
and their company policies on equalities, health and safety and
environmental/sustainability issues. Applicants shall note that the latest
date to apply for the Pre-Qualifying Questionnaire (to the address in
Annex A III below) is 25.6.2008. The completed Pre-Qualifying
Questionnaire must be returned by the date and time specified in IV.3.4
below.
IV.2) AWARD CRITERIA
IV.2.1) Award criteria: The most economically advantageous tender in
terms of the criteria stated below:
1. Price. Weighting: 40.
2. Technical Ability. Weighting: 20.
3. Quality. Weighting: 20.
4. Experience of Similar Contracts. Weighting: 20.
