No tender will be sent by for submission of tender proposal by more than one tender. On tendere however, may submit in the tender documents by purchasing only one copy of tender documents
Mode of Payment: Payment will be made by Chittagong PBS-1, directly to the supplier in Bangladesh Taka.
Delivery period: Delivery period shall begin from the 15TH Day of the award notification or date of signing of contract whichever is earlier.
Special Instruction: The procuring entity reserve the right to accept or reject any or all tenders.
