The 3d Special Operations Squadron (3 SOS), Cannon Air Force Base, New Mexico requires a robust media management solution that delivers video with metadata, images, audio, and digital records from various sensor platforms to a Web browser (both streaming and progressive downloads), to multiple users over the network at various bandwidth connections. The video system shall be capable of handling live video and imagery and archiving the data for future searching and retrieval. The system shall provide an interface that is intuitive, portable, and scalable. Distant users must be able to access this system from any worldwide location (with authentication and proper network access). User with a single laptop computer system should be able to utilize a scaled version of this system.
