The Department of Defense Dependents Schools-Pacific (DoDDS-Pacific) Procurement Division intends to procure 1,429 G-Flex EPDM Surfacing System playground tiles, to include 26 pails (5 gallons each) of tile adhesive in support of a DoDDS-Pacific school located in Korea.  This acquisition is on a Full and Open Competition Brand name or equal basis.  The government intends to issue a Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order.  Delivery is F.O.B. Destination, Tracy, California within 60 days after award of purchase order.  Detailed specifications and requirement information will be included in Request for Quote (RFQ) Number HE1260-08-T-6001 to be posted in the Federal Business Opportunities website on or about 02 July 2008 to close 30 days from RFQ issue date.  The anticipated award will be on or about 15 August 2008.  Award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13 and FAR Part 12, utilizing technically acceptable, low price evaluation procedures.  The Department of Defense requires all contractors to register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to receive any contract award or payment.  The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov.  In accordance with FAR  Part 4.1201, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications via the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.govn in conjunction with required registration in the CCR database.  All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency.  All comments and questions regarding the RFQ shall be submitted in writing and sent to the following email address: dppd@pac.dodea.edu
