Notification on Invitation to Bid

Vietsovpetro J. V. has a plan to qrganize bidding for the following bidding packages:
1- Package of Subsea Welhead in the year 2008 (VSP's INQUIRY No. VT-125/08- VSPO 1-PTX).
2- Package of Mudline Suspension System in the year 2008 (VSP's INQUIRY No. VT-233/08- VSPO 1-PTX)
in the form of open international competitive tender. The tender will be executed in one stage.
The employer invites all bidders who have sufficient capacity, experience, and conditions to participate in the bidding for supplying goods for the bidding packages.

The time for selling the Bid Invitation is from 8h.00 of Ha Noi time on 26th June 2008 to 9h00 of Ha Noi time on 28th July 2008 (in working hours).
The bidder's representative who comes to Vietsovpetro J.V for getting the Bid Invitation must have recommendation letter issued by the legitimate representative of the bidder and identity card or passport.
The bidding documents should be attached by a guarantee for bidding with a value of USD 5,000 according to the contents of Template No. 7- Chapter IV- Section B of the Bidding Documents and should be sent to J.V "Vietsovpetro" 105 Le Loi Str., Vung Tau City, S.R.Viet Nam no later than 9h00 of Ha Noi time on 28th July 2008.
The bidding documents will be publicly opened at 9h30' of Ha Noi time on 28th July 2008
