Addendum 1

Dated – June 17, 2008

This Amends the REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) Document for implementation of RID Impact Evaluation (Contract No.: #QCBS 11) issued on May 14, 2008 by the Millennium Challenge Georgia Fund.

Based on the Clause 3.3 (Amendment of RFP Documents) of “Instructions to Consultants” of Request For Proposals - “At any time before the deadline for submission of Proposals, MCG may, for any reason, whether at its own initiative or in response to a clarification requested by a Consultant, amend the RFP. Any amendment shall be issued in writing through addenda. Addenda shall be sent by mail or electronic mail to all Consultants and will be binding on them. MCG may at its discretion extend the deadline for the submission of the Proposals”.

Following changes have been made to the document:

Paragraph 10 has changed to the following:
