SOLICITATION NUMBER I6530081514, SEEKING QUALIFIED SMALL BUSINESS COMPANIES TO BID ON THIS PROJECT. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238170 and the Small Business Size Standard is $13 million (average annual gross revenue for the last three (3) years). MAGNITUDE OF THIS PROJECT: Less than $25,000. NOTICE TO POTENTIAL BIDDERS: This project is set aside 100% for Small Business Contractors. Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, and skilled supervision to make a proper surface preparation, and to complete application of vinyl siding and window coil to the entire exterior surface of a two-story wood historic structure known as the Miller House. TYPE OF CONTRACT: A firm-fixed price contract that requires a lump sum bid. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Work shall start within ten (10) calendar days of Contracting Officer's issuance of a written Notice to Proceed to the Contractor, and must be completed within forty-five (45) calendar days from start date. PUBLICIZING AND RESPONSE TIME: The solicitation package will be issued on or about June 30, 2008 with a response date of July 31, 2008.
