Cerinte obligatorii:
Declaratie privind eligibilitatea - completare formular tip din sectiunea formulare, declaratie privind neincadrarea in prevederile art 181 din ordonanta - completare formular tip din sectiunea formulare, declaratie privind plata taxelor si impozitelor catre stat si a contributiei pentru asigurarile sociale de stat - prezentarea certificatelor tip in original sau copie legalizata, eliberate de autoritatile competente, valabile la data licitatiei, declaratie de participant la procedura. Certificat constatator emis de Oficiul Registrului Comertului in original sau copie legalizata si a documentelelor care dovedesc inregistrarea .
Incadrarea in unul din punctele a, b, c, din art. 181 din OUG 34/2006, duce la descalificarea operatorului economic.

Bilant contabil la 31.12.2007 (auditat), vizat si înregistrat la organele competente si completarea formularului tip din sectiunea formulare, din care sa reiese cifra medie de afaceri in ultimii 3 ani in valoare de cel putin 3.000.000 lei.

Prezentarea listei de servicii similare prestate in ultimii 3 ani, insotita de certificari de buna executie si cel putin o recomandare din partea unui beneficiar.
Valoarea unui contract de servicii similare prestate in ultimii 3 ani trebuie sa fie cel putin 300.000 lei.
Lista privind dotarile specifice - formularul tip din sectiunea formulare. Numarul acestora trebuie sa fie egal cu cel solicitat in caietul de sarcini
Prezentarea certificatelor de asigurare a calitatii si protectiei mediului emise de organisme de certificare acreditate din tara sau strainatate.
