Declaratie privind lista principalelor prestari de servicii în ultimii 3 ani (Formularul 12E din Sectiunea III): ofertantul va face dovada ca a încheiat si a îndeplinit în ultimii 3 ani cel putin 1 (un) contract de servicii de transport aerian, cu o valoare de minimum 108.000 lei, reprezentând echivalentul a 30.000 Euro (echivalentul lei /Euro a fost determinat la un curs mediu de 3,6 lei, respectiv 1 Euro = 3,6 lei)
o recomandare din partea beneficiarului pentru contractul solicitat
documente de certificare a sistemului calitatii (în copie legalizata), valabile la data deschiderii ofertelor, emise de organisme acreditate în domeniu, respectiv certificate din seria ISO sau similare, sau in curs de certificare.
