The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time. This project is for the LF Surface Drainage Repair throughout the Malmstrom AFB missile complex. Work includes grading and shaping of drainage ditches, cleaning culverts and installation of concrete splash blocks. The Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, supervision, services, and materials to execute and satisfy the requirements of this contract.  The Performance Period for this project will consist of one (1) base year with options to extend up to four additional years, for a possible period of five years.  The magnitude of this project is anticipated to be between $500,000.00 to $1,000,000.00; this is an aggregate value that includes the base year and each of the four option years.  This Request For Proposal will be available on or about 25 June 2008.  The Request For Proposal will be available by Electronic Transmission only at: http://www.fbo.gov.  The Notice to Proceed will be issued within 30 days after award.
