Operates a City Bus fleet of approximately 1 200 buses. These buses are
based at seven garages located throughout Dublin city. BAC now requires
the installation of cables, brackets and antennae for use with a new
vehicle locating system. This contract will be for the installation of
cables and equipment only, the supply of same is not required.

installation programme, and the timescales involved, the contract for
installation may be split across two or more providers.

3) QUANTITY OR SCOPE: Approximately 1 200 Vehicles across 7 garages.

III.1) CONDITIONS RELATING TO THE CONTRACT
III.1.3) Legal form to be taken by the grouping of economic operators to
whom the contract is to be awarded: If a request to participate is
submitted by a group of suppliers, then those suppliers, if awarded the
contract shall assume such legal form by incorporation, partnership, or
otherwise so as to enable them to contract as a single entity. It will be
necessary for the satisfactory performance of the contract for the group
to state a single addressee responsible for the receipt and processing of
the participating orders and resolving any problems relating to the
contract.
