II.1.5) Short description of the contract or purchase(s): Kent County Council wishes to create an accessible Community Framework Contract for the supply of Mobile Telecommunications. The overall objective of this framework is to generate Primary Suppliers that are able to deliver operational network(s), technical support, management, training and strategic advice and guidance services relating to all types of Mobile Telecommunication requirements. In addition the Primary Suppliers will need to deliver contract enhancements that will allow the Contract User to demonstrate total value. Applications for inclusion on this framework are invited from various sized companies, providing compliance can be demonstrated with the requirement below, regarding company turnover. It must be noted by applicants that business will be awarded following a mini tender process between those on the framework that meet the criteria of the mini tender. Therefore inclusion on the framework contract is no guarantee of any level of actual business.
