The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA Stars and Stripes Healthcare Network/VISN 4) has a need for a contractor to provide medical gas cylinders (including but not limited to oxygen, hydrogen, and helium) to the ten VA Medical Centers located throughout West Virginia, Pennsylvania and Delaware. Each medical center will have different requirements as to the type and quantity required. Services are needed for a period of one year with four one year renewable option periods. This requirement is unrestricted. The NAICS code is 325120. The procurement is intended to be conducted utilizing the commercial item procedures of FAR 12 in conjunction with FAR 13.5.
