NOTICE OF INVITATION TO TENDER

Vietsovpetro Joint Venture (VSP) will organize following tender for purchasing of "Vertical balancing machine for impellers" (ITB No.VT-200/08-NQT);

So, we invite Tenderers who are interested in this Tender and have experience and capabilities to participate in above mentioned Tender.
Time to deliver Tender Document: from 08h00, 20th June 2008 to 09h00, 21st July 2008, in the morning from 08h00 to 11 h00, in the afternoon from 14h00 to 16h30.
The closing time for receipt of Tender Proposal is 09 h 00 (Ha Noi time) on 21st July 2008. Tender Proposal will be opened publicly at Vietsovpetro Office: 105 Le Loi Str. Vung Tau City (30 minutes after Tender Closing Time) and all Tenderers, who would have submitted Tender proposal are invited to participate in the Tender Opening at this time.
Legal condition for Tenderer:
+ Having financially independent Capability and Experience that meet requirements in Tender document.
+ Tenderer's Representative who comes to VSP for getting Tender Document must have recommendation letter issued by duly authorized Representative of Tenderer and Identity Card or Passport.
Tender Documents shall be sold with the price of VND 1,000,000.00 for each Tender Document at Commercial Department of Vietsovpetro Joint Venture 105 Le Loi Street, Vung Tau City, S.R.Viet Nam (BuildingA27).
Tender proposals should be attached with an original of Bid Bond in accordance with Instruction To Tenderers.
