Vietsovpetro J.v. has a plan to organize bidding for the bidding package for supplying Service engineer for blspection of Derricks on Tam Dao-01 and Cuu Long Jack-up Units (VSP's INQUIRY No. DV 022/08- VSP05) in the fonn ofintematipnal open competitive tender.
Vietsovpetro J.v. invites all bidders who have sufficient capacity, experience, and conditions to participate in the bidding for supplying Service engineer for inspection of Derricks on Tam Dao-01 and Cuu Long in 2008.

The bidder's representative who comes to Vietsovpetro J.V for getting the Bid Invitation must have recommendation letter issued by the legitimate representative of the bidder and identity card or passport.
The bidding documents should be attached-by a Bid Bond issued by a legally established bank as provided in Bid Invitation with a value of USD 1,000 (one thousand US Dollars) and should be attached to Bidding Document which shall be submitted to Vietsovpetro J. V. 105 Le Loi st., Vung. Tau City, S.R. Viet Nam no later than 9 h Hanoi time, 10 July, 2008.
