INVITATION FOR BID

1. PTSC Mechanical and Construction Co. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "PTSC MC"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Petroleum Technical Services Corporation (PTSC) now invites International Bidding from eligible Bidders to supply MARINE SOFTWARE FOR SHIP BUILDING. The procurement is financed by Self-funded capital.
2. Interested Bidders may obtain information from and inspect the Bidding Invitation Document at the office of:

3. A complete set of Bidding Invitation Document may be purchased by any interested Bidder upon payment of a non-refundable fee (10% VAT included) for Bid Proposal as follows:

. Or 1 00 USD (One hundred US Dollars)
4. The Bidding Invitation Document will be available from: 20th June 2008 until 14 hrs 21st July 2008 (Hanoi time, working day).
5. Bid Proposal must be delivered to the above address no later than bid closing time 14 hrs 21 st July 2008 (Hanoi time) and late bid shall be rejected.
