performing a study that should lead to the development of a
laboratory-based network in European Member States which collects data
from hospitals, of patients, and of strains and is capable of providing
information of the incidence and outcome of CDAD in healthcare facilities
and in the community. The purpose of the tender is to identify a suitable
company, organisation or consortium to achieve these.
