Declaratia va fi însotita de CV-urile persoanelor responsabile direct cu îndeplinirea contractului; Informatii privind subcontractantii; Dosar de prezentare a sistemului propriu de conducere si de asigurare a calitatii adaptat la particularitatile lucrarii.

Finalizarea in ultimii 3 ani a unui contract sau a cel mult doua contracte de "natura si complexitate similara", cu o valoare cumulata a contractelor de minim valoarea estimata precizata la pct.II.2.1).
