Idaho Panhandle National Forests, Kootenai, Shoshone, Bonner and Boundary Counties, Idaho. This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation AG-0281-S-08-0046 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-25. The clauses and provisions referenced in this solicitation can be found in full text form at http://www.arnet.gov/far. This is an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity total set-aside for service-disabled veteran-owned small business and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The North American Industry Classification Code is 325320. A quotation is requested for eleven (11) line items. The quantity for each Line Item is stated as a minimum and maximum that is intended to be ordered. Line Items 01 through 09 will be verbally requested by a designated Contracting Officer�s Representative in two (2) partial delivery quantities for June 23, 2008 and August 26, 2008, for shipment to the Coeur d�Alene River Ranger District, 2502 E. Sherman Avenue, Coeur d�Alene, ID 83814. Line Items 10 and 11 will be verbally requested by a designated Contracting Officer�s Representative in two (2) partial delivery quantities for June 23, 2008 and July 21, 2008, for shipment to the Priest Lake Ranger Station, 32203 Highway 57, Priest River, ID 83856. LINE ITEM 1: 0 to 5 gallons of Tranline or Stinger, 40.9 percent active ingredient. LINE ITEM 2: 20 to 35 gallons of Garlon 3A, 44.4 percent active ingredient. LINE ITEM 3: 20 to 35 gallons of Redeem R&P, with active ingredients Tric. 33 percent, Clop. 12.3 percent. LINE ITEM 4: 5 to 20 gallons of Phase or Dyne-amic (non-ionic organosilicone surfactant). LINE ITEM 5: 8 to 40 ounces of Telar, 75 percent active ingredient. LINE ITEM 6: 0 to 24 ounces of Escort, 60 percent active ingredient. LINE ITEM 7: 0 to 25 gallons of Hardball, 19.6 percent active ingredient. LINE ITEM 8: 5 to 15 gallons of Tordon 22K. LINE ITEM 9: 10 to 25 gallons of Spreader 90 or Inlet (surfactant, ethoxilated alcohols). LINE ITEM 10: 300 to 600 pounds of Dimethylamine Salt of 2,4-Dichlorophenoxyacetic Acid, loose bulk powder, packaged in 20 pound bags, 96.9 percent active ingredient. LINE ITEM 11: 225 to 562.5 pounds of Dimethylamine Salt of 2,4-Dichlorophenoxyacetic Acid, wet soluble pouches, packaged in 22.5 pounds per case, 96.9 percent active ingredient. Inspection will be made at the delivery point and will consist of random sampling of the product for conformance with specifications and quantity count. All deliveries shall be made on regular workdays (Monday through Friday) during regular business hours (7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.), excluding official Federal Government holidays. Contractor shall notify the designated contact at delivery point(s) a minimum of 24 hours prior to delivery. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The contract award will be offered to the best value offer made to the Government, considering price, and availability of product. Offerors will include with their offer a completed copy of the provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items. The clauses 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items, and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items, apply to this acquisition.
