II.1.5) Short description of the contract or purchase(s): The project
national road 78 Holand - Leirosen is included in the Road Package
Helgeland, phase 1. The project comprises of the construction of a new
national roadd 78, also called Toven tunnel with adjoining roads. A total
of approx. 35 km road shall be constructed.
The project includes the construction of three tunnels of 230, 750 and 10
700 m respectively. Several constructions such as bridges, subways and
tunnel entrances shall also be constructed as well as major interventions
in the terrain in the form of land fill sites for matter.
The contract comprises of engineering design services for a road and
tunnel on the stretch Holand - Sommarset, a stretch of 24 360 m, of which
11 680 m is in a tunnel. Engineering design services for adjoining county
roads and alterations to local roads are included in the contract.
Complete work drawings and tender documents shall be worked out
(E-chapter). A detailed description is available in chapter E.
The the landscape architect the contract comprises of landscape
consultancy services, architectural design services and working out
relevant work drawings and contributions to the tender documents (E
chapter). A detailed description is available in chapter E.
