NOTICE OF INVITATION TO TENDER

Vietsovpetro Joint Venture (VSP) will organize following separately packages for purchasing of: "Uprading service of Gas Seal control system for Dresser-Rand compressor" (ITB No. DV-. 064/08-NQT);
"Modification service of Anti surge system on central compression Platform" (ITB No. DV¬065/08-NQT);
"Crude oil and Metering Pumps on offshore platform RP- 2" (ITB No. 017 /08-NQT, Re-tender); "Reconstrustion of System of Air-Conditioner ~nd Chamber ofF oodstuffs MSP-5 & RP-2" (ITB No. 412/08-VMP);
"Modification ofF ire & Gas Detection System" (ITB No. 433/08- VMP).
The time for selling the Tender Documents: from 08h00 18th June 2008 to 09h00 18th July 2008. In the morning from 08h00 to 11h00; In the afternoon from 14h00 to 16h30.
The closing-time for receipt of Tender Proposals is 09 h 00 of Ha Noi time on 18th July 2008. Tender Proposals shall be opened publicly at Vietsovpetro Office: 105 Le Loi Str. Vung Tau City (within 30 minutes after Tender Closing Time) and all Tenderers are invited to participate in the Tender Opening at this time.
Tenderer's Representative who comes to VSP for getting Tender Document must have recommendation letter issued by duly ,authorized Representative of Tenderer and Identity card or Passport.
Tender Documents shall be sold with the price ofVND 1,000,000.00 for each Tender Document at Commercial Department of Vietsovpetro Joint Venture 105 Le Loi Street, Vung Tau City, S.R.Viet Nam (BuildingA27).
