SECTION II: OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
II.1) DESCRIPTION

County road 15 Lian tunnel.

Realisation, by whatever means of work, corresponding to the requirements
specified by the contracting authorities.
Main site or location of works: County Road 15, between Dale and Alvestad
on Grytøya, just outside Harstad, Norway.
II.1.3) The notice involves: A public contract.
II.1.5) Short description of the contract or purchase(s): The contract
includes, amongst other things:
- Preparing the stated areas at Dale.
- Excavating and blasting for 2 cuttings.
- Construction of 2 concrete tunnel portals.
- Driving and securing the tunnel, including water and frost protection as
well as drains and road development up to and including the bituminous
base and wearing course.
- 2 sided verge.
- Construction of one technical room/building in the rock, 2 technical
buildings on the outside.
- Road construction in the open air on both sides of the tunnel, including
draining and road development up to and including the bituminous base and
wearing course. Also comprises of the construction of a new junction with
the old county road on the Dale and Alvestad sides respectively.
- Construction of dry stone walls on both sides.
- Construction of a leading mound on the Alvestad side.
- 4 SOS-kiosks as well as their foundations.
- Aerial mast as well as its foundation.
