II.1.5) Short description of the contract or purchase(s): Provision of a
full range of catering services across the University and its constituent
colleges including, but not limited to, fine-dining, vending,
conferencing, events, hospitality, senior common rooms, cyber cafe,
students' union catering, grocery retail outlets, cafeterias. Whilst the
serving of alcohol is included within these services, the purchase/sale of
alcohol under licence may be added as a requirement and should be included
as part of expressions of interest.

II.2) QUANTITY OR SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT
II.2.1) Total quantity or scope: The scope of the contract is to provide
full catering facilities for a University with around 8 000 students and 1
000 staff spread over a number of sites along Roehampton Lane, UK-London
SW15.
II.2.2) Options: Yes.
Description of these options: The purchase and sale of alcohol under
licence is currently under discussion and may be added to the
scope/description.
II.3) DURATION OF THE CONTRACT OR TIME-LIMIT FOR COMPLETION: Duration in
months: 60 (from the award of the contract).

ethical and recruitment/retention policies and procedures. The above
details are NOT required if submitted under a previous University
requirement in the last 12 months.
