the members thereof must be jointly and severally liable and must appoint
1 party to act as sole spokesperson accountable to the European
Parliament. Should tenderers intend subcontracting part of the services to
third parties, then they must state the nature and value of those services
in their tender plus the names of the subcontractors already contacted.
Mention of subcontractors' names in a tender does not in any way mean that
the European Parliament must accept said subcontractors should that
tenderer be awarded the contract.
